For more than 25 years our directorate has been successful in doing full-scale operations, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting tasks in several facilities, office buildings, medical institutions, apartment buildings, hotels and resorts all over Hungary. In addition, we provide investment, development and energy services to our clients. If requested, we also ensure infrastructure for events.

Thanks to our projects with significant reference value and our company being well-capitalised, we successfully participate in national and international tenders. Our high-quality and qualified services, innovative and flexible solutions are beneficial for our clients.

Our company plays an important role on the construction market. As a general contractor, our activities include different types of construction and renovation works worth billions of HUF.
Our staff has several years of experience and is comprised of specialists from all fields of the construction industry. Construction works are executed by our own or qualified and reliable circle contractors.

Szakembereink által kidolgozott Energiaracionalizálási Programunk keretében lehetőséget kínálunk az energia észszerűbb hasznosításához, a felhasználás hatásfokának javításához, a környezetkárosodások mérsékléséhez. Megbízás esetén intézkedési tervet készítünk az energiaigény, a környezetszennyezés és a környezet-igénybevétel csökkentésére.

Maintenance Coordination Division

Karbantartás, hibaelhárítás

Our division’s main activities include quality servicing of mechanical equipment at our contracted partners’ facilities and keeping the equipment constantly operational.

In order to maintain efficient operation countrywide, we have sites not only in Budapest, but also in Székesfehérvár, Kaposvár, Szeged and Debrecen.

Immediate troubleshooting is ensured by our 24-hour dispatch service.

Construction

Our Mobile Construction Department, thanks to its diversely experienced staff, provides the execution of master builder tasks in Budapest and its surrounding area using our own resources.
